Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched the Emirati Traveler Services Card, which provides a comprehensive package of services in one step. This initiative comes in line with the Ministry’s policies and strategic plans that place the country’s citizens at the forefront of its priorities, especially while they are outside the country, through an integrated institutional system characterized by readiness and high operational efficiency Effective measures that translate into continuous coordination between the Ministry’s work teams and the country’s representative missions abroad, ensuring the provision of permanent support and care, and rapid response in emergency situations.

The Emirati Traveler Services Card includes the “Tawajdi” service, which enables individuals and their families to pre-register, and the service of issuing a return document within thirty minutes in the event of loss, damage or expiration of the passport, or upon the return of newborns, in addition to the travel instructions page according to each destination, which is an interactive page that occurs instantly, and provides all the information and instructions that the Emirati traveler may need while traveling abroad outside the country In addition to the emergency number 0097180024 designated for the country’s citizens abroad.

The card can be obtained when traveling from Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi and Dubai International Airport during the holiday seasons; It features quick access to all services at any time and from anywhere, by scanning the QR code “QR code” attached to it, making it a digital companion that accompanies the Emirati traveler throughout his trip.
