Cairo, Egypt – A large number of celebrities shared the joy of the Egyptian national team’s victory with the public, as social media platforms were filled with congratulatory messages, videos, and photos documenting their celebrations. They affirmed their full support for the Pharaohs and their pride in the performance that delighted millions of Egyptians both inside and outside the country.

Artist Ahmed Saad shared several videos with his fans from inside the stadium, showing him celebrating the national team’s goals and enthusiastically reacting to the match. He wrote on his social media accounts: “Egypt, Egypt, Egypt, Egypt… God is great, the third is coming, Egypt, Egypt, Egypt,” coinciding with his presence in the United States to perform a number of concerts.

Henedy… a joy in a different way

The artist Mohamed Henedy celebrated the victory in his usual comedic style, writing on his Facebook account: “Congratulations to Egypt.. Finally the bad luck is over, give people a holiday and make them happy.”

Meanwhile, artist Ramez Galal posted a series of photos of the Egyptian national team players during the match on his Instagram account, commenting, “God bless you, men! You made us proud!” His brother, artist Yasser Galal, also made sure to congratulate the team and the Egyptian fans, writing on his account, “Congratulations, my beloved Egypt!”

Laila Elwi is watching the match from Australia

Actress Laila Elwy shared a video with her fans documenting her moments watching the match and her reactions to its events, emphasizing that the victory held meanings far greater than just a sporting result. She said, “Egypt is reminding the world that the dream is still alive, and that joy when it comes from the hearts of Egyptians is unlike any other joy.” She added, “Today was more than just a victory; it was a moment of pride and hope that united the hearts of Egyptians everywhere with the same prayer and the same joy. Congratulations to our national team on this precious victory and their magnificent spirit. You honored us, made us happy, and raised our heads high before the entire world.”

Zeina celebrates the song “Al-Atawla”

Actress Zeina chose to celebrate the victory by posting a video set to the song “El Atawla,” which evokes the atmosphere of football, accompanied by a brief caption: “Congratulations to us.” Meanwhile, artist Hamada Helal posted an AI-generated video documenting the celebrations of Egyptian fans inside the stadium, along with the caption: “God help us… Congratulations, Egypt!”
