Dubai, UAE – MIRAS, a subsidiary of Dubai Real Estate Holding, announced the award of major construction contracts worth AED 2.4 billion. To implement new phases within its two villa complex projects, “The Acres” and “The Acres Estate”, in Dubailand. This represents a significant addition to Dubai’s growing portfolio of high-quality villa projects amid constant demand from local and international buyers.
The Union Structural Engineering Company (UNC) will implement the “The Acres” project. While GCC Contracting will undertake construction work on The Acres Estate project.
The contracts cover the construction, testing, operation and delivery of 557 villas. The final phase of The Acres will include 371 three- to five-bedroom villas along with the complex’s main infrastructure. While The Acres Estate will include 186 villas consisting of five to seven bedrooms designed on a larger and more private scale.
