Abu Dhabi, UAE – Al Hudayriyat Island topped the Abu Dhabi real estate market in terms of sales value for the second quarter in a row. According to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market Report for the first half of 2026, issued by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre. Recording sales of 19 billion dirhams, equivalent to 27% of total residential unit sales in the emirate.
Saadiyat Island came in second place with a sales value of 13.3 billion dirhams. It was followed by Al Reem Island and Al Maryah Island, within the scope of the Abu Dhabi Global Market. With total sales of AED 10.5 billion, then Yas Island with a value of AED 7.3 billion.
Investment zones accounted for more than 22% of the total housing supply during the first half of 2026, with approximately 72,000 housing units.
Al Reem Island topped these areas in terms of supply volume, with about 27.5 thousand housing units, followed by Al Raha Island, then Yas Island, and Saadiyat Island.
