Abu Dhabi, UAE – Brugge PLC distributed interim profits for the first half of 2026 worth AED 2.41 billion, equivalent to 8.1 fils per share.
The company confirmed its intention to distribute a total dividend of 16.2 fils per share for the entire year of 2026. With a final share payment of 8.1 fils per share expected in the second quarter of 2027.
Since its initial public offering in June 2022, Brugge PLC has distributed total profits to shareholders worth up to 18 billion dirhams.
The successful establishment of Bruges International, which was completed on March 30, 2026, contributed to the creation of a group that became the fourth largest producer of polyolefin in the world.
