Dubai, UAE – TECOM Group announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of the year ending June 30, 2026.

The group recorded a growth in net recurring profit of 9% on an annual basis, reaching 805 million dirhams during the first half of this year. With revenues rising 11% year-on-year to AED 1.54 billion during the same period.

EBITDA increased by 10% year-on-year to exceed AED 1.2 billion. With a profit margin of 79%, reflecting the flexibility of the group’s business model and effective cost management.

Tecom Group’s strong performance in the first half of the year reflects the flexibility of its business model and the diversity of its asset portfolio. Supported by high occupancy and customer retention rates and continued demand for its commercial and industrial assets. This confirms the ability of the group’s specialized business parks to attract global and regional companies and enhances the quality of revenues. In order to achieve sustainable shareholder value.

revenues rising

The group’s revenues in the first half of 2026 increased by 11% year-on-year to AED 1.54 billion. Supported by occupancy rates rising to 97% and growth in average rental value. The contribution of expansion plans to the asset portfolio.

Commercial assets recorded strong revenue growth of 11% year-on-year to reach AED 783 million. Driven by the constant demand for first-class office space. Achieving customer occupancy and retention rates of 96 and 94%, respectively.

Industrial asset revenues increased by 15% year-on-year to reach AED 239 million. While maintaining occupancy and customer retention rates of 98% and 99%, respectively. This confirms the strong demand from customers in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.

The land portfolio allocated for industrial leasing recorded a 22% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching AED 361 million. Driven by continued strong demand and leasing rates for new acquired lands during 2025.

The Board of Directors approved the distribution of interim cash dividends worth AED 440 million (8.8 fils per share). This is for the first half of fiscal year 2026.
