Business exceeds 21.6 billion dirhams in a week. A strong start for Dubai real estate in 2026

Dubai, UAE – Real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, during last week’s transactions, about 21.67 billion dirhams.

This comes after 4,599 transactions were executed, including sales worth AED 13.17 billion.

Weekly real estate sales were distributed as follows: 3,005 sales of residential units, 430 sales of buildings, and 269 sales of land, for a total of 3,704 deals.

Sales of ready-made properties amounted to about 6.42 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 1,252 sales.

Real estate sales on the map amounted to about 6.75 billion dirhams through the implementation of 2,452 transactions.

Mortgages recorded 774 transactions, worth AED 7.09 billion.

It was distributed as follows: 437 transactions for housing units, 119 for buildings, and 218 for lands.

The value of the donations amounted to approximately 1.41 billion dirhams, with 121 transactions distributed over 73 transactions for housing units, 16 buildings, and 32 lands.

In terms of daily performance, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded, on Friday, about 2.65 billion dirhams.

This came after the implementation of 668 deals, including sales worth 2.07 billion dirhams.
