Brasilia, Brazil – Neymar da Silva, the star of the Brazilian national team, confirmed that the Samba players will enter the 2026 World Cup with a fighting spirit in order to regain the world title.
The Brazilian national team roster, announced by coach Carlo Ancelotti, included Neymar among the players participating in the World Cup.
Neymar said in a video posted on his official accounts: “It’s hard not to be moved after everything I’ve been through recently, but I’m very happy to be back at the World Cup and competing with my national team”.
He added: “These tears are tears of joy, and I would like to thank every Brazilian citizen who supported me and called for my return to the national team. I felt a great love that gave me strength and motivation”.
The Brazilian star continued: “We have a new World Cup that we will fight for, and we will do everything we can to bring the cup back to Brazil again”.
He concluded his remarks by saying: “I am very happy, and I hope to end my career in the best possible way, which is by winning the World Cup”.
