Barcelona, Spain – Barcelona coach Hansi Flick has announced his squad for the upcoming Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.
Atletico Madrid will host Barcelona at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium, in the sixth meeting between the two teams this season.
The squad saw the return of Frenkie de Jong after an absence due to injury, providing a strong boost to the team’s midfield ahead of the crucial match.
Flick also included young player Mark Bernal, despite his not being fully fit, pending medical clearance to participate.
Barcelona enters the match under great pressure, as they need to win by at least three goals in order to secure qualification for the semi-finals, after losing the first leg 2-0.
