Algiers – Algeria has strongly condemned the attacks targeting several Saudi cities, affirming its categorical rejection of any acts that threaten the Kingdom’s security and stability or endanger the lives of civilians. The Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the country’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the face of these attacks. It also stressed the necessity of respecting state sovereignty and territorial integrity, and of avoiding the involvement of civilians and vital facilities in the cycle of escalation.
Algeria considered the targeting of cities and civilian facilities a dangerous development that threatens regional security and heightens tensions. It called for restraint and efforts to halt the mutual escalation. Algeria reiterated its position advocating for the resolution of regional crises through dialogue and political means, in a manner that ensures the protection of civilians and preserves the security and stability of the region’s countries.
