Gaza, Palestine – Five Emirati humanitarian aid convoys entered the Gaza Strip this week. It includes 74 trucks loaded with 1,056 tons of humanitarian aid, as part of Operation “The Chivalrous Knight 3”. As part of the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support our Palestinian brothers and meet their humanitarian needs in light of the circumstances facing the Strip.
The convoys included food, shelter materials and medical aid. This contributes to meeting basic needs and enhancing the humanitarian response inside the Gaza Strip.
Preparing convoys
The Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 team continues to prepare convoys through the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Center in the city of Al-Arish. According to an integrated work system that ensures the speed of preparing, sorting and moving aid. To support the continued flow of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip and its reaching those who deserve it.
These convoys come as an extension of the humanitarian efforts implemented by the UAE within Operation “The Chivalrous Knight 3”, by operating relief convoys on a regular basis.
