Moscow, Russia – Russia announced that US envoys will continue their diplomatic efforts to advance mediation efforts aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This comes amid ongoing international contacts aimed at de-escalating tensions and creating the conditions for resuming dialogue between the parties involved.

Russian officials confirmed that communication channels with the US remain open on a number of issues related to the Ukrainian crisis. They also indicated that current diplomatic efforts are focused on finding political solutions that can contribute to ending the conflict and achieving stability.

Moscow added that any progress in mediation efforts requires consideration of the security interests of all parties. It also stressed the importance of continued international consultations and intensified political contacts to reach workable understandings.

Meanwhile, diplomatic efforts led by several international actors continue to find common ground between Moscow and Kyiv. There are assurances that a political solution remains the most realistic option for ending the crisis, despite the ongoing challenges on the ground and the complex positions of both sides.

These statements come at a time of renewed political activity in the Ukrainian crisis. In addition, international efforts continue to open channels for dialogue and bridge the gaps in viewpoints, contributing to a sustainable de-escalation and bolstering the chances of reaching a peaceful settlement to the conflict.
