  • Full Saudi solidarity with Kuwait
  • Continued condemnations from Gulf and Arab countries

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the hostile attacks targeting the State of Kuwait with missiles and drones.

It also affirmed its categorical rejection of any aggression that infringes

upon the sovereignty of Gulf states or threatens the security and stability of the region.

In an official statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the Kingdom completely

rejects any violation of state sovereignty and any attempts to destabilize regional security.

It stressed the importance of maintaining stability in the Gulf region in light of current security challenges.

Full Saudi solidarity with Kuwait

Saudi Arabia reiterated its full solidarity with the State of Kuwait, its government and people,

affirming its support for all measures taken by Kuwait to protect its security,

sovereignty, and stability in the face of attacks targeting its territory.

The statement emphasized that the security of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states is an integral part of Arab national security.

It also clarified that the Kingdom stands with Kuwait in all measures taken to protect its people and national assets.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that the continued missile

and drone attacks constitute a direct threat to the region’s security and stability.

It called for respect for the principles of international law and an end to targeting states or threatening their security.

Continued condemnations from Gulf and Arab countries

The Kingdom also stressed the importance of intensifying international

and regional efforts to prevent escalation and protect maritime security and regional stability.

This is especially crucial given the recent increase in tensions in the region.

The Saudi condemnation follows a series of Gulf and Arab statements rejecting the attacks targeting Kuwait.

Several countries expressed their solidarity with Kuwait, affirming their rejection of

any attacks that threaten the security of Gulf states or infringe upon their sovereignty.

Several Gulf states issued similar statements in recent hours, affirming their full support for Kuwait

and their rejection of the use of missiles and drones to threaten the security and stability of the region.
