Kuwait – The Crown Prince of Kuwait discussed regional and international developments with the US Vice President. This came within the framework of political consultations reflecting the depth of relations between the two countries and their commitment to coordinating positions on issues of common interest.

The talks addressed the latest developments in the crises in the Middle East region, and the efforts being made to de-escalate tensions and support political solutions. In addition, the impact of current tensions on energy security and the stability of global markets was discussed.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening dialogue and diplomacy as a fundamental means of resolving conflicts. They also stressed the need for the international community to unite in addressing growing security and economic challenges.

The meetings also touched upon a number of international issues, including security and stability, and cooperation in the fields of economics and energy. This will support shared interests and strengthen the strategic partnership between Kuwait and the United States.

The Crown Prince of Kuwait affirmed his country’s commitment to supporting international efforts aimed at achieving security and stability. The US Vice President, in turn, emphasized his country’s appreciation for Kuwait’s role in supporting regional stability and strengthening diplomatic efforts.

These consultations come amidst intensive international activity to monitor developments in the global situation, at a time when the need to coordinate efforts to address rapidly evolving challenges on various fronts is growing.
