Washington, DC – US President Donald Trump asserted that there is no evidence linking the recent hotel attack to the ongoing escalation with Iran, in remarks intended to allay fears of widening security tensions stemming from geopolitical conflicts. Speaking to the media, Trump explained that initial investigations have not revealed any indications connecting the incident to developments in the Middle East, emphasizing the need to avoid hastily linking domestic security incidents to external conflicts without confirmed information. He noted that the United States possesses strong security institutions capable of handling such incidents effectively, urging the public to allow the relevant authorities sufficient time to complete their investigations and uncover all the circumstances, rather than drawing conclusions that could unnecessarily cause public alarm.

These statements come at a time of escalating tensions in the region, prompting some observers to question whether the conflict’s repercussions could spill over into the United States, especially given the rise in isolated security incidents. For its part, the US authorities are continuing their investigation into the attack, while simultaneously intensifying security measures around vital installations and major hotels in anticipation of any potential threats. Official sources maintain that the situation is under control and that there are no indications of a widespread threat. Analysts believe that Trump’s statements aim to contain fears and prevent the incident from being blown out of proportion, as the US administration seeks to separate domestic security challenges from external geopolitical developments, thereby maintaining overall stability.
