Grozny, Chechnya – Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov vowed to launch strikes against Ukrainian military positions. This came in response to an attack on a tower in the Chechen capital, Grozny, which caused material damage but no casualties. Kadyrov asserted that these actions constitute a direct threat to regional security. He also emphasized that the response would be decisive and immediate to prevent any recurrence of similar attacks.
The Chechen official stressed that maintaining security and stability in the region is a top priority. He warned that any future aggression would be met with escalating measures. He called on the international community to recognize the dangers of military escalation on the ground. He also affirmed that Chechnya’s response would be proportionate to the threat to ensure the protection of civilians and vital infrastructure.
