Attempt to storm the Russian embassy in Bucharest with a car under the influence of drugs

Investigating sources said the man is a 53-year-old dentist and is suspected of being under the influence of drugs. Police confirmed that drug tests at the scene revealed the presence of two prohibited substances in his system: benzodiazepine and amphetamine.
