Cairo, Egypt – Actor Ahmed Helmy will resume filming his new movie “Hadouta” next week, after a short break due to the death of his mother a few days ago.
A long-awaited return to cinema
The resumption of filming comes as part of the filmmakers’ plan to complete the remaining stages of the work, in preparation for entering post-production and releasing it in theaters in the coming period, amid anticipation from Ahmed Helmy’s fans who are waiting for his return to cinema with a new film.

The film “Hadouta” belongs to the genre of social works mixed with comedy, where Ahmed Helmy portrays a man who lost his parents at an early age, leaving others to raise him, before life leads him to a series of funny and touching human situations.

The film is written by Ahmed Abdel Rahman and directed by Mazen Ashraf, and stars Magid El Masry, Rahma Ahmed, Mohamed Abdel Azim, alongside Ahmed Helmy, whose character is central to the main events of the film.
