Cairo, Egypt – Sherine Abdel Wahab is preparing to perform her first concert in the coming period. Her manager, Nasser Bagato, announced via his official Instagram account that the concert will be held on Friday, August 7th, on the North Coast.
Return after an absence
The concert marks Sherine’s strong return to the stage after a period of absence, during which she will perform a selection of her most famous and beloved songs, amid expectations of a large audience in a distinctive summer atmosphere.
The embrace is thorns
Sherine recently released the song “The Embrace is Thorns,” which received a great response from the public. Sherine Abdel Wahab’s new song is titled “The Embrace is Thorns,” and she collaborates with composer Aziz El Shafei and music arranger Touma. The song begins: “I want to complain / and throw myself into the embrace of the closest person and cry / but the embrace is thorns / and the wound is coming from the close one / Oh world, why / did you do to me and wrong me / and my heart was in heaven / you trampled it on the ground.”
New contract
Superstar Sherine Abdel Wahab has signed a contract with business manager Nasser Bagato to oversee her artistic activities in the coming period, in preparation for her return to the music scene after a long absence. Sherine Abdel Wahab is expected to return to performing concerts next summer.
