Abu Dhabi, UAE – Inception 42, a regional leader in innovating products and solutions powered by artificial intelligence, announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with NXT Holding. The artificial intelligence company owned by Sahm Holding, which is based in Abu Dhabi.
The memorandum of understanding establishes a framework for strategic cooperation between the two companies in five main areas. Includes: AI consulting, training and capacity building, development of enterprise AI solutions, product distribution, and joint business development.
The MoU was signed by Ashish Koshi, CEO of Inception42. Sarah Al-Ahbabi, Director of Special Purpose Companies and Portfolio Relations at NXT Holding.
