Dubai, UAE – DP World DB World and Lintara Properties, the real estate development platform of Arkapita Group Holdings Limited, have laid the foundation stone for a new logistics hub. With customized building designs to meet the operational requirements of every operator in the Jebel Ali “Jafza” Free Zone. It has an area of 20,000 square meters and is classified as an excellent first-class facility.
Lintara Properties is developing the project, while DB World will operate it within its integrated supply chain network. Construction work will be completed during the first quarter of 2027.

The new center features ceilings of approximately 12 meters in the storage areas and includes spaces designated for refrigerated storage. Areas designated for storing dangerous goods, in addition to administrative offices and supporting operational facilities.

Lintara Real Estate acts as a development manager during the construction phase. It will assume asset management duties immediately upon completion of the facility.
