Today, assistive artificial intelligence represents an opportunity to accelerate this trend and move it to a more focused, implemented and future-ready level. In line with Sharjah’s approach to people-centered digital integration, it enhances government efficiency, digital sovereignty, and builds sustainable government capabilities.
integrated curriculum
During the next phase, Sharjah Digital Department will work to develop an integrated approach based on two parallel tracks:
The first focuses on launching immediate initiatives that enhance awareness and readiness and support early practical adoption.
The second aims to build sustainable government capacity for AI assistance across the emirate by setting priorities. Evaluating the readiness of entities, and developing the capabilities and frameworks necessary for responsible and safe adoption.
The department will also enhance cooperation with government agencies, the private sector, academic institutions and society. To ensure the development of a practical, implementable program that reflects the emirate’s needs and transforms AI assistance opportunities into tangible value in government services and operations.
Recent developments in artificial intelligence
Assistant artificial intelligence is one of the most prominent recent developments in the field of artificial intelligence. It is based on employing intelligent systems capable of understanding contexts and analyzing information. Interact with users, and perform tasks or contribute to their completion more independently and efficiently.
This model allows governments to enhance productivity, speed up transaction completion, support decision-making, and provide more proactive and personalized services. Which contributes to improving the experience of customers and the efficiency of government work.
