Paris, UAE – Jockey Salem Malhouf Al Ketbi won the title of the “Castelsagra” International Endurance Race. Which was held in France for a distance of 160 km (three stars), with the participation of 20 male and female knights from various countries of the world. Its competitions concluded on Sunday.
Al-kutbi’s coronation came from “stables (M7) on the back of “Chisha de Bacoli”, after he covered the race distance in a time of 9:31:46 hours”. With an average speed of 16.8 km/h, it topped the overall standings.
Frenchwoman Julia Montagne came in second place on the back of “Chiara de Pedres” with a time of 9:44:49 hours. While Spaniard Rocio Diaz came third on board “Volcano Violi” with a time of 9:49:36 hours.
In the 120 km (two-star) race, Fares Al Mansouri achieved the second victory of the UAE Knights in “Castelsagra”. After finishing the race in 6:18:29 hours in first place and with an average speed of 19 km/h.
Spaniard Marc Sabata came in second place on board “Turken Gal” with a time of 6:33:54 hours. While Portuguese Antonio Lopez came third on board “Flumber Vuelle” with a time of 6:36:21 hours.
