It also aims to enhance access to services through an integrated digital system that supports the One Government approach.

comprehensive government integration

This project is part of the “Services for People of Determination” team’s initiatives within the “City Builders Initiative.”

It is being implemented in collaboration with several Dubai government entities,

including the Community Development Authority and Dubai Police.

The goal is to provide proactive and comprehensive services for this segment of the population.

The unified medical report aims to standardize assessment and classification criteria, thereby enhancing diagnostic accuracy.

Furthermore, it enables relevant authorities to provide services based on reliable data,

in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10).

A complete digital journey

The project relies on a digital system that connects the “Nabedh” platform with relevant entities.

It encompasses a comprehensive journey, beginning with initial assessment

at an accredited healthcare facility and continuing through the preparation of the medical report.

This includes access to the “Sanad” card, ensuring easy and rapid access to services.

Dr. Atef Saleh emphasized that the project represents a qualitative leap in the medical assessment system

by standardizing criteria, enhancing transparency, and reducing discrepancies in case evaluations.

It also supports the development of an advanced digital healthcare system.

Enhancing quality of life

For her part, Maitha Al Shamsi explained that the project embodies an advanced model of government integration,

contributing to the empowerment of people of determination and simplifying their access to services.

It also enhances their inclusion in society and reinforces the principle of equal opportunities.

The project aligns with the UAE’s efforts to solidify its leadership in digital transformation.

Furthermore, it aims to elevate the quality of health and social services in accordance with global best practices.
