Abu Dhabi, UAE – The Abu Dhabi Media Office announced that authorities responded to a fire that broke out at the Shah gas field. It was caused by a drone strike. Furthermore, the Media Office confirmed that no injuries were reported.

The office explained that emergency and rapid response teams immediately began dealing with the fire.

They were able to control it and take the necessary measures to secure the site. As a result, they prevented the fire from spreading.

Immediate response from emergency teams

The Abu Dhabi Media Office indicated that specialized teams moved quickly to the scene of the incident. Additionally, they were able to contain the fire within a short time.

Initial damage assessments were also carried out in coordination with relevant authorities and operating companies at the site.

No injuries recorded

Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Moreover, they explained that the safety and precautionary measures were implemented.
