The match between Kalba and Al Jazira in the UAE League ended in a draw (video)

Abu Dhabi, UAE – The match between Kalba and Al Jazira ended in a 1-1 draw, in the ADNOC Pro League match held today, Monday.

Kalba team met Al Jazira at the former’s stadium, as part of the tenth round of matches in the competition.

The home side opened the scoring first through Shahriar Mughanloo in the 23rd minute, after he rose to head home a powerful goal that shook Al-Jazira’s net.

Al Jazira responded quickly by scoring the equalizer in the 28th minute, through Nabil Fekir, after a powerful shot from a set piece.

In the ninth minute of stoppage time (90+9), Al Jazira goalkeeper Ali Khaseif saved his team from a certain goal, brilliantly stopping a shot from Kalba’s Sekou Gassama, ending the match in a draw.

With this result, each team earned one point, bringing Al Jazira’s total to 18 points in fourth place, while Kalba came in ninth place with 12 points.
