École Ducasse Abu Dhabi, the leading culinary arts academy, invites aspiring chefs and passionate food lovers to attend an exclusive open day on June 17 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM to learn more about its distinguished and prestigious programs in French culinary arts and pastry.

École Ducasse Abu Dhabi, the leading culinary arts academy, invites aspiring chefs and passionate foodies to an exclusive open day on June 17 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm to learn more about its distinguished and prestigious French culinary and pastry programs. The open day, which will be held at Al Hosn Cultural Foundation in the heart of Abu Dhabi, is a unique opportunity for visitors and culinary enthusiasts to explore the academy’s world-class facilities, interact with culinary experts, and learn about the exciting career path awaiting them under the guidance of internationally certified chefs and instructors from École Ducasse. The event will include a live cooking demonstration by the Head of Pastry and the Head Chef, showcasing the technical skills and advanced techniques taught within the academy’s programs. The Basic French Pastry Program is available in two options to suit different lifestyles. The weekday program begins in September and runs for two months, held Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The weekend program begins in October and runs for six months, held on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Basic Culinary Arts program is also available in two similar formats. The weekday program begins in September and runs for two months, from Tuesday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The weekend program begins in September and runs for six months, held on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. These programs have been meticulously designed to be accessible to anyone aspiring to become a professional chef and pastry chef. They aim to enable participants to master the essential skills that will prepare them for a successful career in this vital field. École Ducasse is a network of schools founded in 1999 by multi-starred chef Alain Ducasse, specializing in imparting exceptional expertise in French culinary and pastry arts. École Ducasse operates three schools in France—Studio Paris, the Paris Campus, and the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Pastry—as well as international schools in—the Manila Campus in the Philippines, the Gurugram Campus in India, the Nai Lert Studio in Bangkok, and the Abu Dhabi Studio at Al Hosn, the cultural institution in Abu Dhabi. All are united by a passion for gastronomy shared with both seasoned professionals and food enthusiasts. This wide range of programs seeks to meet all training needs: from short programs for experts or food enthusiasts to intensive two-, four-, or six-month programs, to three-year Bachelor’s programs in Culinary Arts and Pastry. École Ducasse is part of Sommet Education, a world leader in hotel education.
