Dubai, UAE – Emirates Airline has announced the resumption of operations across 96% of its global network.
This move reflects the accelerated return to normal operations levels following recent regional developments.
Gradual return to operations
The airline explained in an official statement that it has gradually resumed flights across various regions.
This includes the Americas, Europe, Africa, West Asia, the Middle East, and the Gulf countries.
Additionally, the expansion has extended to the Far East, Australia, and New Zealand.
A wide network of destinations
Emirates currently operates flights to 137 destinations in 72 countries, with more than 1,300 flights per week.
This represents approximately 75% of its operational capacity compared to pre-recent expansions.
This expansion also reflects Dubai’s continued strengthening position as a major global travel hub.
We are seeing an increase in the number of flights, seats, and travel options available to passengers every day.
Growth in the number of travelers
Data revealed that the airline transported approximately 4.7 million passengers
between March 1 and April 30, despite operating a reduced flight schedule.
This indicates strong travel demand and continued customer confidence.

Emirates is expected to continue increasing its operational capacity in the coming period,
as operating conditions improve and global air traffic stabilizes.
