Miami, USA – Germany’s Thomas Tuchel, the manager of the England national team, has settled on the outlines of the lineup he will field against France in the third-place match of the 2026 World Cup.
The two teams will meet on Saturday evening at the “Miami” stadium, in a match in which each side seeks to end its journey in the tournament by winning the bronze medal, after losing the opportunity to compete for the title.
According to press reports, Tuchel will only make one change to the lineup that played in the semi-final against Argentina, while keeping the core group he relied on during the tournament.

Defense: Djaed Spence, John Stones, Mark Jehi, Nico O’Reilly.
Midfield: Declan Rice, Elliott Anderson, Jude Bellingham, Morgan Rogers.

England had lost to Argentina 2-1 in the semi-finals, while France were eliminated after a 2-0 defeat to Spain, setting up a third-place match between the two teams.
