East Rutherford, USA – The French national team secured its place in the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup, after achieving a well-deserved victory over its Swedish counterpart by three goals to nil, in the match that brought them together this morning, Wednesday, as part of the round of 32 competitions.
The “Roosters” imposed their control over the course of the match, which was held at the “New Jersey” stadium in the United States of America, and succeeded in translating their superiority into three goals, while the Swedish team was content with limited offensive attempts that did not pose a real danger.
