Amman, Jordan – King Abdullah II and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a summit in the Jordanian capital, Amman, where they issued a joint statement condemning Iranian attacks. They also stressed the need to avoid involving Arab states in regional conflicts that do not concern them.
Both sides condemned the military escalation in the region, asserting that continued strikes threaten the security and stability of the Middle East. They further stated that the ongoing attacks exacerbate the already complex political and security situation at a time when the region requires de-escalation and diplomatic solutions.
