Washington, DC – US President Donald Trump asserted that the United States had decimated the Iranian military during recent confrontations. He also emphasized that his administration would not allow Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons, in remarks addressing the results of US military operations. He further outlined his policy toward Iran.

Reaffirmation of American military superiority

Trump stated that the US military is the strongest in the world, asserting that the United States’ military capabilities have proven their superiority in recent operations.

He added that US forces have been able to deliver decisive blows. He also indicated that the performance of the US military reflects the readiness of the armed forces and their ability to carry out strategic missions in various regions of the world.

The US president emphasized that Washington will continue its policy of preventing Iran from developing or acquiring a nuclear weapon. He also affirmed that this issue will remain one of the top priorities of the US administration in the coming period.

An assessment of the results of the confrontation with Iran

Trump asserted that the United States had “militarily crushed Iran,” claiming that the operations had fully achieved their military objectives.

He explained that the US strikes had significantly weakened Iran’s military capabilities. This, he stated, was done to protect US national security and its allies in the region.

These remarks come amidst ongoing regional tensions. Nevertheless, diplomatic efforts continue to maintain calm and facilitate political dialogue between Washington and Tehran.

Criticism of media coverage

Trump criticized media coverage of US military operations, saying the United States had not received the media attention it deserved after what he described as military successes during the war with Iran.

He added that the achievements of US forces had not been adequately highlighted in the media. He also argued that the scale of the military success warranted broader coverage.

This comes as the US administration continues to emphasize the strength of its military. Moreover, it remains committed to preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons capabilities.
