New YORK, USA – António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, expressed his deep concern about reports to the United Nations. He considered the attack near the Barakah nuclear power plant to be a new reason calling on all parties to completely cease fighting and avoid any steps that would threaten regional stability.
