Kuwait – The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that two border sites in the north of the country were attacked by two explosive-laden drones launched from the direction of Iraq. The attack resulted in material damage but no injuries. The ministry also confirmed that the relevant authorities have begun responding immediately to the incident.
Meanwhile, Kuwait Airways announced the resumption of its flights from Kuwait International Airport to 17 destinations starting Sunday. This follows the reopening of Kuwaiti airspace by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. This is part of a phased operational plan to ensure the safety of air traffic.
The decision reflects signs of a gradual return to stability despite regional tensions.
