Abu Dhabi, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, sent a cable of condolences to His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Younis Al-Manfi, President of the Libyan Presidential Council,

This is in reference to the death of Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Haddad

and his accompanying delegation in the Libyan military plane crash.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President,

Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, also sent

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State,

Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Court,

I sent two similar telegrams of condolence to His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Yunus Al-Manfi.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum

and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent similar telegrams of condolence.

This is addressed to His Excellency Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Head of the Government of National Unity in the State of Libya.
