The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that its armed forces successfully detected and intercepted 32 hostile drones that entered Kuwaiti airspace since dawn on Thursday. The Ministry confirmed that air defense systems neutralized the threats with high efficiency, preventing the drones from reaching their intended targets across various vital facilities.
Precision in Detection and Interception
According to the official statement, Kuwait’s advanced monitoring and radar systems tracked the drones immediately upon their entry into Kuwaiti airspace. The interception operations were carried out in accordance with established military protocols. The Ministry noted that falling debris from the intercepted targets caused material damage in several residential areas, but confirmed that, fortunately, no human casualties were reported.
