Moscow, Russia – The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had thwarted a Ukrainian drone attack last night. Forces neutralized 77 drones before they reached their targets. This comes amid a new escalation on the eastern front. The statement explained that Russian air defense forces have intensified their monitoring of the airspace to protect military and civilian sites from any potential threat.
A Russian military official indicated that this large number of drones reflects the recent escalation of Ukrainian aerial attacks. He also affirmed the ability of Russian defenses to repel infiltration attempts and precision attacks while maintaining the readiness of the forces.
