Cairo, Egypt – Abdullah Amr Diab has released his latest song, “Dry,” as part of his independent music project, Koteri, which brings him together with music producer Dinar Lusaka, continuing his steps towards presenting his own artistic identity away from traditional experiences.
The sound coming from the desert
Abdullah shared a video clip of the song on his official Instagram account, where the desert atmosphere appeared as a key visual element in the work, describing the song as “the new sound coming from the desert,” while the music video was directed by director Jacob Paramina.

Abdullah has previously released a number of songs that have received a remarkable response from his audience, including the song Karnaby, which achieved good distribution across music platforms and contributed to strengthening his presence on the music scene.
Successful collaboration with Amr Diab
Abdullah Amr Diab also collaborated with his father, the superstar Amr Diab, on the song “Yalla,” one of the tracks from the album “Ebtadeina,” released in 2015, which achieved great success at the time. The song, with lyrics by Tamer Hussein and music by Aziz El Shafei, garnered widespread acclaim from both Amr Diab’s fans and Abdullah’s admirers, marking one of the most significant milestones in his artistic career to date.
