Cairo, Egypt – Ashraf Zaki, head of the Egyptian Actors Syndicate, denied the news circulating about the death of artist Mohamed Sobhi,

Highlights
  • Zaki: He is not deceased
  • Sobhi’s fans are worried

stressing that the news that has recently spread is false.

Zaki explained that Sobhi is in stable health and is receiving the necessary medical care

at the hospital after suffering a sudden fainting spell due to extreme exhaustion.

Zaki indicated that Sobhi was admitted to the intensive care unit for a short period.

But he showed gradual improvement, and the medical team began

to gradually reduce the level of medical monitoring.

Zaki: He is not deceased

He added: “Mohamed Sobhi is not dead, and his condition is now largely reassuring.”

We urge everyone to stop spreading rumors and to pray for his recovery.”

Zaki confirmed that the artist is expected to leave the hospital next week,

according to the doctors’ recommendation.

He explained that this was not the first case, as he had previously been taken

to the hospital several months ago to check on his health.

Sobhi’s fans are worried

Mohamed Sobhi’s fans and colleagues in the artistic community reacted widely.

Wishing him a speedy recovery and a return to his usual artistic activity as soon as possible.

They affirmed their full support for the great artist,

They praised his long career in Egyptian art and the positive messages

he conveys through his theatrical and television works.

It should be noted that the artist’s health condition has raised

concerns among his followers on social media.

The public reacted strongly to the circulating news,

before Ashraf Zaki clarified the truth and reassured everyone about his health condition.

Yesterday, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi directed Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar,

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, to follow up

on the health condition of artist Mohamed Sobhi.
