Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Press Club concluded the first week of the third edition of the “Arab Podcast Program”. Which was launched on July 13 at the club’s headquarters. As part of an intensive training course aimed at enabling participants to develop their ideas and transform them into professional and influential podcast projects. Through a program that combines theoretical knowledge and practical application.
The first week featured a series of specialized workshops and sessions presented by experts and pioneers in the audio and video content industry. Charbel Issa, Customer Success Manager and Certified Podeo Trainer, delivered three training workshops. Participants learned about the concept of contemporary podcasting, the mechanisms for choosing the appropriate topic, identifying the audience, and formulating the identity features of each project. In addition to research, copywriting, and episode structure building skills, professional standards, and professional sustainability in the podcast industry.
The workshop “Building the Voice Footprint: Tools and Strategies” highlighted the importance of voice as an influential element in building relationships with audiences. By developing delivery skills, adjusting tone, and employing voice performance to reflect the program’s personality and identity.
The workshop reviewed “How to Create a Professional Visual Identity for Podcasts?” Foundations of designing an integrated and attractive identity. It includes choosing colors, fonts, and designing episode covers and promotional templates, ensuring a clear and distinctive visual presence across digital platforms.
The week concluded with the workshops “Charisma of Appearance: Performing Arts and Media Dialogue Management” and “The Arts of Storytelling: From Abstract Idea to Inspiring Content”.
The program’s work is scheduled to continue over the next two weeks through workshops specialized in technical production and implementation. Publishing and promotion, up to the stage of evaluating completed projects before a committee of experts and specialists.
