Dubai, UAE – Emirates is preparing for one of the peak periods of travel for unaccompanied children. This comes with the end of the academic year and the start of the summer vacation for students in the UAE. Over the next two weeks, the carrier will receive more than 3,500 children who will travel independently, benefiting from this distinguished service it provides to families.
Over the past five years alone, more than 250,000 unaccompanied children have traveled on Emirates flights. Using its quality services for young independent travelers, “most of whom are 11 years of age or younger.” On flights to various destinations, especially between Dubai and the United Kingdom, Russia, Kenya, France, India and Egypt.
According to the carrier, the travel service for unaccompanied children is designed to provide various forms of support and care for the children. From the moment they complete their travel procedures until they reach their final destination. Ensuring that they enjoy a comfortable and safe journey under direct supervision at all stages of their travel.
