Beijing, China – The Emirates Judo Federation announced the approval of the team’s roster participating in the Grand Prix Grand Championship. Which is hosted by the Chinese Federation, under the supervision of the International Federation in Qingdao, China, during the period from June 26 to 28.
The Federation confirmed that the technical staff of the UAE national team chose a list of 9 male and two female players for the tournament. They are Simon Constantine, “under 60 kg”, Narmand Bayan, “under 66 kg”, Naji Yazbek and Mohamed Bey, “under 73 kg”. Omar Jad and Talal Shvili “under 81 kg”, Aram Georgian, “under 90 kg”, and Dhofar Kosov, “under 100 kg”. Omar is known, “above 100 kg”, Bashirat Khroudi “weighing 52 kg”, and Eliza Litiev “under 78 kg”.
He pointed out the arrival of the UAE national team delegation to China, headed by Dr. Nasser Al Tamimi, member of the National Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Federation. In preparation for participating in the tournament, which begins on Thursday, with a draw via (video technology) to determine the details of its competitions.
The Federation explained that participation in the tournament aims to obtain more qualifying points for the 2028 Olympics. And competition to achieve distinguished achievements and results in all forums.
