Abu Dhabi, UAE – Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, received a written message from Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan, concerning bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message also addressed ways to develop these relations in various fields.

Strengthening bilateral cooperation

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,

received the message during his meeting with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev.

The two sides discussed avenues for joint cooperation and ways to expand them to serve mutual interests.

Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships in vital sectors to support sustainable development plans.

This reflects the depth of relations between the two countries.

Regional developments and international impacts

The meeting addressed the repercussions of the Iranian missile attacks targeting the UAE and several other countries in the region.

It also discussed the impact of these attacks on international maritime security, energy supplies, and global economic stability.

Furthermore, developments related to the ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran were reviewed.

The meeting also explored ways to support international efforts to achieve stability in the region.

Affirming solidarity and joint coordination

The Kazakh Foreign Minister affirmed his country’s solidarity with the UAE and its support for the UAE in protecting its sovereignty and security.

The UAE side emphasized the importance of continued international coordination to address regional challenges.

Both sides agreed to continue working together to strengthen bilateral relations.

They also agreed to expand cooperation to achieve the common interests of both countries.
