Beirut, Lebanon – Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Oun confirmed that military operations have not achieved tangible results. Consequently, he believes force alone cannot guarantee sustainable solutions for regional crises. Moreover, Oun stressed that the current phase requires a comprehensive re-evaluation of all proposed paths.
