following their success in dismantling a terrorist organization and arresting
its members who had plotted to destabilize security and stability.
In an official statement, the State of Kuwait affirmed that this security achievement embodies
the UAE’s ability to resolutely confront plots targeting its national unity,
emphasizing its unwavering and principled support for its brothers in all measures
they take to protect their sovereignty and ensure the safety of their citizens and residents.
Gulf security integration in the face of subversive agendas
The Kuwait position comes within the context of high-level security
and intelligence coordination among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries,
particularly since the outbreak of military tensions in March 2026.
Kuwaiti diplomatic sources indicated that thwarting the plot of the organization linked to the “Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist”
in Abu Dhabi represents a crushing blow to attempts to export chaos to the heart of the Gulf,
