Abu Dhabi, UAE – Dr. Anwar Gargash, the diplomatic advisor, affirmed that attacks on foreign embassies in some countries constitute “dangerous messages” that threaten international stability. He added that these attacks necessitate clear and decisive action from the governments concerned.

Gargash further stated that such attacks not only violate diplomatic norms but also pose a direct threat to international peace and security. He emphasized the need to hold those responsible accountable and prevent their recurrence.

He pointed out that protecting diplomatic missions is an obligation for all countries. He stressed that the international community is required to deal firmly with any attempts to threaten diplomats or disrupt the work of embassies. This is essential to ensure respect for international laws and norms.

Gargash’s remarks come at a time when incidents targeting diplomatic missions are escalating worldwide. Consequently, this necessitates strengthening international cooperation to confront this phenomenon and protect the interests of countries and their citizens abroad.
