Abu Dhabi, UAE – His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a series of intensive telephone calls today with several of his counterparts in the region and around the world to follow up on the latest regional developments. During these calls, he emphasized the importance of close diplomatic coordination and joint action to address the security and political challenges facing the region.

According to an official statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the talks addressed an exchange of views on recent developments in the Middle East and reviewed sensitive political and security issues.
