Dubai, UAE – His Excellency Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, confirmed that the UAE’s donation of $1.2 billion to support Gaza confirms that supporting the Palestinian people and the path of peace and stability is a consistent approach that is not governed by reactions.
His Excellency stressed that it is a firm conviction and a long-term approach.
He stressed that the UAE has committed to supporting the Palestinian people through numerous initiatives that alleviate their suffering in inhumane and extremely difficult conditions.
His Excellency Gargash said in a message published on his official account on the “X” platform: “Since the beginning of the Gaza war, the UAE has committed to supporting the Palestinian people through numerous initiatives that alleviate their suffering in inhumane and extremely difficult conditions, and during the war it provided 45% of the total international humanitarian support to the people of Gaza”.
