Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Caldes Holding Group, which specializes in developing and manufacturing defense products and is based in Abu Dhabi, and the South Korean company “LIG Nex1”, a leader in the field of defense with its advanced electronic systems and precise, guided solutions, announced the signing of a strategic partnership to manufacture missiles in the country.

In a move that represents a new phase of defense cooperation between the two companies, and strengthens the strategic partnership between the two sides.

Which contributes to enhancing the leading position of national defense industries and their development.

The new joint project will focus on developing next-generation air defense systems, establishing joint production lines, and developing national engineering competencies.

In line with the UAE’s national strategy to enhance local defense manufacturing within the framework of the “We Are the Emirates 2031” vision.

The two parties also signed a memorandum of understanding for future cooperation in the fields of multi-layer air defense systems.

In addition to enhanced command and control systems, radars, and next-generation air defense solutions.
