Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Edge, one of the world’s leading advanced technology and defense groups, announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Exchange Incom Corporation – EIC, Toronto Stock Exchange – EIF, aimed at building on the capabilities of the two institutions in the fields of aviation, defense and advanced technology.
The new collaboration brings together the expertise of EIC and its subsidiary BEL Aerospace, in developing manned aircraft for special missions and mission management systems, and Edge’s leadership in developing unmanned aerial systems and artificial intelligence.
These enhanced capabilities complement Canada’s evolving defense priorities and Edge’s mission to support and enhance sovereign defense capabilities.
This memorandum contributes to strengthening cooperation between the UAE and Canada.
In addition to supporting the development of assets allocated to special tasks that are operated according to the “contractor owns and operates COCO” model.
